These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, products, and services offered by DialFuel LLC ("DialFuel," "we," "us," or "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
DialFuel provides digital educational and training products, tools, and lead-generation resources for life insurance agents. Our primary product is the DialFuel AI Lead System — a comprehensive training program and playbook that teaches life insurance agents how to generate their own inbound leads using Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising. The system includes instructional content, AI ad-copy prompts, ad form templates, campaign setup guides, and related digital materials, along with a complimentary $100 DialFuel lead credit.
We also offer optional add-on products, including the DialFuel Ad Pack (done-for-you downloadable ad creative assets, available as an order bump at checkout) and the AtCostLeads AI Platform (a subscription-based lead management and campaign optimization service, available as a post-purchase upsell). Additionally, through a separate offer, DialFuel sells YouTube MP Lead Packs — pre-generated mortgage protection leads from YouTube campaigns — and related add-ons.
All products are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.
All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. By completing a purchase, you authorize DialFuel to charge the payment method provided for the total amount displayed at checkout, including any add-on products you have selected. The DialFuel AI Lead System is offered as a one-time payment; no ongoing subscription is required for the base product.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the DialFuel AI Lead System. If you are not satisfied for any reason, email us at support@dialfuel.com within 30 days of purchase and we will refund your full $97 — no questions asked. When a refund is issued, your access to the course materials and the $100 DialFuel lead credit ends; the refund returns your payment in exchange for the products.
To request a refund, email support@dialfuel.com within 30 days of your purchase date. Please include your name and the email address used at checkout. We process refunds within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method via Stripe.
Non-refundable items: The DialFuel Ad Pack (the order-bump add-on of done-for-you downloadable ad creatives) is a digital download and is non-refundable once it has been accessed or downloaded. The AtCostLeads subscription and YouTube MP Lead Pack purchases are subject to the refund terms stated at the time of purchase for those specific offers. The $100 DialFuel lead credit included with your core purchase is non-monetary and has no cash value.

We ask that you contact us before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in suspension of access to our products.
All content, prompts, templates, training materials, tools, and other materials provided through the Services are the intellectual property of DialFuel LLC. Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly display, or share access to any materials with third parties.
DialFuel provides educational systems and proven strategies, but individual results vary significantly. We do not guarantee any specific income, lead volume, cost per lead, closed premium, or return on investment. Figures referenced on our website — such as "$11.78 average cost per lead," "104,783 leads generated," or "$5.1M+ in annual premium closed" — reflect the historical experiences of specific individuals using the system and are not typical outcomes for all buyers. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Results depend on factors outside DialFuel's control, including your advertising budget, effort, skill level, insurance license status, geographic market, offer quality, audience targeting, Meta platform algorithm changes, ad policy changes, timing, and more. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations when running advertising campaigns, including Meta's advertising policies and Community Standards, state insurance regulations and licensing requirements, TCPA and applicable telemarketing laws, and consumer protection laws. You are solely responsible for the content of any advertisements you create or run, the claims made in your ads, and the leads you generate or contact.
By providing your contact information at checkout, you consent to receive communications from DialFuel including product access instructions, updates, support messages, and promotional offers via email, SMS, and phone, which may include use of automated technology. All calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes. Standard messaging and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by contacting support@dialfuel.com, replying STOP to any SMS, or using the unsubscribe mechanism in any email. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DialFuel's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. DialFuel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of business, or loss of data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. DialFuel does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations. Any reliance you place on the information and materials provided is strictly at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Wyoming.
